I first began staging my own listings because I wanted to bring extra value to my clients — to show that when you list with me, I pull out all the stops. She's basically a teacher, a therapist, and a financial translator rolled into one very patient person.

Candy Ulibarri answered 9-1-1 calls for 16 years. Yes, that 9-1-1. Then she spent 3 years in long-term care, because apparently she thrives under pressure and has a heart the size of Colorado. With a sociology degree from CSU Pueblo and zero tolerance for BS, Candy's the one who'll tell you the truth — even if it's not what you want to hear. She's your fiercest advocate, your straight-shooter, and probably the only realtor who's literally saved lives.
